Bands have the opportunity to play 1 of 3 different ways. The majority of bands playing the fest (approx. 90%) are booked by our booking team. These are bands that we decided we would like to have as a part of the festival this year, and we contacted and got them on board. At this moment that is most of the booking that is taking place.
The next option (approx 10%) for bands is to submit to our booking team for the opportunity to play the festival. Simply fill out the form below, and we will review it and consider your band to play our festival. Last year we had about 150 bands that we just couldn't fit into our schedule, this year we expect more. Don't be offended if we can't fit you in, we're doing the best we can! We're always discovering and hearing new bands, and want to give them a chance to share their music.
If we have a spot for you, we will follow up with you. There is no reason to email or resubmit, we have your info and will contact you if we think we can make you part of the fest.
Don't forget that we also have our impromptu stage (The Front Porch Stage). We have had a lot of great bands that show up at the fest and play a short set there. So, be prepared and at least bring your instruments.
